We offer classes for all ages from age 4 .kickboxing,grappling, tae Bo, Thai fighting,mma ,boxing,Krav maga self defence, sports nutrition fitness and personal training . Open from Monday to fridays.first 2 classes are free

Monday and wednesdays
5 to 6 pm boxing
6 to 7 pm cardio kick and tae bo
7 to 8 pm krav maga self defense

Tuesday and thursdays
4.30 to 6am boxing
6 to 7 am combat fit class
4 to 5pm tiny tiger kids class
5 to 6pm tiny tiger kids class
6 to 7pm kick boxing and thai fighting
7 to 8pm mma bjj and grapling

Private lessons avaible during the day at an additional cost.private sessions are charged per session @ R 200 per session . Monthly and long term discounts are available. Personal double or couples gets 50% of second or 3rd person .
Group sessions and seminar bookings also availible on request.
Kiddies classes ,boxing and tae bo pay R150 reg anually. and R 200pm
Kickboxing/ krav maga and combat fit pay R250 reg anually and R250 pm
Mma and bjj/multi styles R 350 pm and 350 Reg.
Multiple style training pay R350 reg annually and R450 pm.
