I have vacancies for ten Children who wish to learn the art of Tai Chi/ Kung fu. The benefits of children learning Tai Chi Kung fu, increases the concentration level, they learn to focus more, become more confidant in what they want to do and accomplish. Improves their memory and coordination. Both the analytical and creative part of the brain is increased, and most of all, parents can learn as well, as tai chi knows no boundaries. Children will learn the benefits of this ancient martial art, for both self-defence and self-healing. Tai Ways SA will shortly introduce a system geared for the blind and instructed by the blind which has been created by the blind, opening new avenues for all disabled.
