Swim For Life Muizenberg is a new swim school venture operated by Barbara Johnston-Read who started Swim for Life in 1993 in Cape Town. Barbara is associated with her son Ross Johnston and his wife Lyndi Johnston who run a coaching and learn to swim school at Virgin Active Claremont and also another private learn to swim school in Newlands Penguins on Paradise. All these swim schools operate under the common name Swim For Life (swim4life). Previously Barbara operated a Swim For Life school in Fresnaye / Sea Point, and was also based in Claremont at Health & Racquet and Planet Fitness.
•Swim For Life Muizenberg offers an ideal environment for baby swim, todswim, learn to swim and aquacise with expert tuition from qualified and registered instructors and lessons are taught in a gentle, happy and relaxed atmosphere with the main emphasis being on water confidence and safety. •The new swim school and aquacise centre in Muizenberg is a modern facility with a 9 x 4 m pool x 1.2m depth heated to a temperature of approximately 30 degrees and using a salt chlorinator for optimum clean water
•The facility offers spacious separate changing rooms and a waiting area, with plenty of parking available close by
