The Songshan Kung Fu Executive Academy was founded by Si-Jo Dr. John Souglides Ph.D since the 1990. The teachings have produced numerous national, international and world champions under Si-Jo Dr. John Souglides. Today, the Songshan Kung Fu Executive Academy has many branches within South Africa and Internationally.
At the Edenvale Branch, we offer Kung Fu classes both for adults and kids, as well as Tai Chi classes for adults. These can be either group or private classes.
Martial arts has been taught for centuries and the benefits enhance not only the practitioners physical health but benefits the practitioner mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
The Songshan Kung Fu Executive Academy teaches based on 8 principles: Integrity, Morals, Values, Ethics, Honour, Respect, Compassion and Love. These priniciples not only build strong martial arts but also that of one's character.
Today, the Edenvale branch is headed by Si-Fu Cheyne Macintosh. Si-Fu Cheyne has been training in Kung Fu for over 15 years and has been fortunate to help continue the teachings passed on to him by Si-Jo Dr. John Souglides.
