We offer classes in Aerial dance, or better known as Aerial silks. The choreography incorporates an apparatus often attached to the ceiling, allowing performers to explore space in three-dimensions.

Aerial dance classes for kids between 10 - 16 on Wednesday, Adult classes in the evenings.

Our classes cater to the average person who perhaps works a full time job, but is looking to gain strength, flexibility and grace through aerial dance. We combine a progressive teaching method that has students learn new moves close to the ground.
