Ballet and Irish Dancing lessons are offered to all ages from 3yrs, conveniently located in central Hillcrest in the Upper Highway area, also at two well known schools: Curro HCA and Roseway Waldorf School in Alverstone. Encouraging a healthy love of dance is our mighty mission, helping every dancer to reach their personal best. We teach children and adults to work in a healthy way, respecting their bodies, and developing a lifelong habit of healthy and enjoyable exercise.

    Dancing from a place of love
    Sheila teachers from the young to the young at heart. Her style adapts to meet the age and experience of the pupils. She is particularly wonderful with young kids and primarily school dancers as she encourages them without driving then harshly. Despite her gentler approach her dancers achieve outstanding results and grow in a natural confidence. They learn t truly love dancing.
