KIDS' BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU & MIXED MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES:

Chimps: 5 - 9 years old
Spider Monkeys: 9 - 13 years old
Gorillas: 13 - 18 years old.

Our kids' martial art syllabus is designed to stimulate the development of the child through encouragement, support, and fun-filled activities. Also included are eye hand co-ordination, balance, and gross motor skills and exercises. Foundation is established for future martial art training and other sport participation. This functional martial art exposes the child to flexion and extension in an upright position, rolling and spatial awareness on the ground and bilateral co-ordination exercises - a truly comprehensive programme.

Class interaction consists of team work, individual skills, personal performance setting, disciplined task accomplishments and lots of fun! Regular grading and tournaments are also part of the programme. Membership includes holiday classes and weekend workshops. Regular regional and provisional tournaments are held.
