The Rising Sun JKA Karate Academy offers authentic and technical karate skills. The Club is headed by Sensei James Pretorius. Who is a 3rd Dan Black belt with over 14+ years of karate experience. Classes are an excellent fusion of mental, physical and fun-filled exercises suited to all ages - for 4years old and all the way up to moms and dads!

Through discipline and respect our goal is to keep you fit whilst teaching co-ordination, flexibility, core strength and traditional karate self-defence.

The club offers an Instructor of South African Protea and Commonwealth medalist experience. As well as a Qualified Health & Fitness Instructor. The Instructor is constantly looking to develop tomorrows champions.

Whether you are an adult looking for new goals, or an intermediate and beginner looking for an awesome adventure, Rising Sun JKA can help you reach your goals.

Mondays & Wednesdays

-- First Class 17h30 - 18h15 --- {New Beginners and Junior Belts}

-- Second Class 18h15 - 19h15 --- {Adult New Beginners and Senior Elite Belts}
