Karate classes for Children
Parow North Rugby Pavilion Hall, off De Grendel Road, Parow North

All beginners get one month's free karate training before the registration process is completed.
Upon successful registration a free karate badge and a registration book will be issued to the new member.

Class Times:
Monday and Wednesday evenings
18:00 to 19:00 - KIhon (basics), Kata (forms), Kumite (fighting) & Self Defence training

Saturday mornings
07:15 to 07:45 - Kata (forms) training for grading and competitions
07:45 to 08:45 - Kihon (basics) & Kumite (fighting) training.
Competition training is also scheduled every second Saturday.

Quarterly grading opportunities
Regular competition training & participation - our karate school competes annually in the 4 WUKF league events for ranking points to participate in provincial and national events for colours
Self-defense training
Annual Summer Big Bay Beach gashuku training - last weekend in January
Annual Spring Tygerberg Hill gashuku training - last weekend September

Competitions hosted by Neko Karate
Tora Tygerberg Challenge - annual event held in April
Cape Town Tigers Competition - League 4 - annual event held in October

It improves fitness, concentration, self-esteem, flexibility, endurance, coordination and also with regular practice will maintain a healthy weight and builds a lifelong love for physical activity.

Neko Karate Centre is a New World Karate Shotokan Karate (NWS) affiliated dojo and NWS is affiliated to the international karate body known as World Union of Karate Federations (WUKF)
Neko Karate Centre is an affiliated of WUKF SA member which is affiliated with MASA which is the sport's governing body to issue provincial and national colours.
