Description
Love of Dance Academy offers Modern Dance, Hip Hop, Ballet, Stretching, Adult classes, Wedding Couple Classes and more. We teach people of all ages and abilities (PS* It's never too late to start!). Our focus is on allowing students to discover and grow their love of dance whilst having fun. There is a fine balance between creating brilliant dancers by focusing on technique yet not allowing that to overshadow the fun factor. Another important thing for us is to treat each student as an individual - not expecting the same from everyone, but rather allowing them to set their own goals. We also give our students the opportunity to take part in SABOD exams and to perform on stage at our annual show in a theatre at the end of every year.     More than just a dance school
    I had very specific requirements when I searched for a dance school. I suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis and needed to build my strength with a gentle approach. I have read about Love of Dance Academy’s approach and knew this was the place for me to have fun whilst healing. A class that was best fitted for me was recommended and after I had made much progress I had an option to join a more difficult class. In my experience, your physical and emotional growth and well-being is a high priority at LODA. Dancing is always fun!

    The title is personal and effective because it shows your passion and goals for the academy
    I love the atmosphere of friendliness and joy at the academy, it feels like a second home for me. To add to this I enjoy the music and it makes a huge difference to the dances.

    Love of dance
    My kids, son (10) and daughter(7) have both been dancing with the LODA family for the past 2.5 years and i can honestly say we are 100% happy. My son has gained so much self confidence en my daughter loves laughing and jumping with her second family.

    Lots of fun with LODA
    My daughter (6yrs old) started dancing with Teacher Nicci at LODA in 2018. She absolutely loves going to class every week and often spins and dances at home to show off her dance moves. She also enjoyed being in her first ever dance show at the end of last year. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who has a child in love with dancing!
