George is a Qualified Learn to swim instructor and level 2 swim coach accredited by Swim SA I specialize with the following.
1. Learn to swim (kids and Adults)
2.Group sessions
3.One on One session
4.Stroke correction
5.Individual fitness.

The importance of learning how to swim.
1.Fitness swimming uses every one of the body major muscle groups and is a fantastic aerobic activity to get your heart pumping

One need to synchronize what your arms and legs are doing , along with the coordination of your breathing and other body movements. Swimming helps with coordination and strength in out of water situation as a results .
