Our specialization is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Grappling and we believe that BJJ is a FULL STACK mental, physical / whole body improvement program. Our program is proven to produce outcomes and as a result, Iron Grip Academy is one of the largest and most respected Brazilian jiu-jitsu academies in the Western Province.

We offer world class training for kids & adults, with kids starting as young as 5 years old. We are a Rio Grappling Club affiliate with an structured belt grading process to ensure we protect the integrity of the art of BJJ.

Our adult program also packs a punch with classes designed for new students all the way up to advanced competitors who want to take their sportive goals to the next level.

We offer classes Mondays to Fridays so students are able to train with flexibility.

For beginners, no previous experience is needed. Simply book a trial experience and you will guided through the process so you have a stress free, fun experience.
