Training in the art of Karate will help with coordination, balance and concentration. Both sides of the body and brain are used during training.Self discipline and confidence will improve. Karate is highly beneficial to ADHD sufferers.

Our classes cater for Children of School going age, Adults and Families. Martial art classes are suitable for anyone from the age of 7 years old, regardless of ability.
