We teach 2 systems at Fighting Spirit Club, you can decide if you want to do either or both.

1) Wing Chun Kung Fu, a Classic Chinese Martial Art.
Classes are on: Mon and Wed
Time: 6:30pm to 8pm
The Monthly Club Fee is R450

2) Krav Maga Self Defence, a Proven Combat Problem Solving System.
Classes are on: Tues and Thurs
Time: 6:30pm to 8pm
Monthly Fee is R450

NB: The Special: for All the above classes is R550pm

The Registration / try out fee is a once off R100, when you decide to join the club, we will deduct it from your monthly fee.

Venue: All classes are at:
20 Hall Rd Sea Point
(Scout Hall)

What to Wear:
Loose fitting easy to exercise clothing eg. T Shirt, Track Pants and Trainers.
A water Bottle and Sweat Towel are useful. Something warm to wear afterwards.
