Description

ENiGMA Piano Studio has been catering to both children (6 and up) and adult students for the last six years. I offer affordable piano and music theory lessons in the comfort of your home. A piano at home is a requirement - there are options available to beginners without one (61 Key Keyboard or Digital Piano).

I have successfully prepared piano students for Piano and Music theory examinations through the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and Trinity College London. I also enter students for Eisteddfodau (music competitions) which provide opportunities for stage performances as well as trophies, medals, certificates, performance feedback by professional adjudicators with some competitions awarding special prizes for outstanding performers.

The benefits of learning music theory and piano performance are immense for adults and children alike. I have had the opportunity of teaching a wide age range of students and am able to tailor my teaching methods to best suit the needs of both children and adults.

  Professional, enthusiastic, accredited, music coach

  David of ENiGMA Piano Studio in association with HTS-Hynek Training Studios, has been a part time piano and theory of music specialist for the past year. In this short time, he has help students attain distinctions in piano examinations, A++ in Eisteddfodau and every student leaves his classroom happier than when they entered! A positive and interactive learning environment, with innovative teaching methodologies for all age groups and piano interests. David comes highly recommended and we are proud to have him on board as a professional, experienced, and accredited educator at our music facilities. If you'd like to learn to play piano, you won't find anyone with more to offer than David can.

  My grandson is 4 years old and is receiving tuition from David of Enigma Piano studio. We found David to be a very professional and patient tutor. He interacts with his student on a very knowledgeable platform. David goes to great lengths to make each lesson creative, enjoyable and educating. David comes highly recommended

  Finally I can play piano! ????

  I have been with Enigma Piano Studio for 6 months now. I am 48 yrs old and have long since wanted to learn the skill of playing piano. David has walked this path with me through all my doubts and crises of self doubt and yesterday I played half a song from memory! Not perfectly but I played it! It has given me enormous pride in myself and boosted my self confidence. David is a well educated and knowledgeable musician, has enormous passion and respect for his craft and does well with coaching with respect and good humour. I’ve enjoyed this time so far with David and look forward to continuing my artistic development journey with him and Enigma Piano Studio. I’m even considering writing my first theory exam this year. Thanks David, you will never fully understand what you have done for me. ????????????????????

  David has been with my daughter from late last year. He is patient with her and David has contributed emercely to her growth after setbacks because of ceasures. She looks forward to Wednesday's each week.

  Adult Learner & Special Needs Child Music Teacher Review

  Both my son (Special Needs) and I (41yr old) started lessons with David in January 2021. David promptly responded to my enquiry and immediately understood the approach he needed to take with both of us. He recommended the appropriate books and piano we needed so we were well prepared for our lessons. David has been incredibly patient and understanding especially with my special needs son and a perfectionist beginner adult. My son is very slow to warm up but through music, he engaged with David immediately and is excited for his classes each week. David is very passionate and knowledgeable and adapts the lessons as necessary. I cannot recommend David enough... an absolute joy to have as a music teacher!
