Krav Maga is a constantly evolving practical self-defence system that originated in Israel – and is known for being powerful, efficient and easy to learn.

KRAV MAGA is the self-defence and close quarter combat system of choice among Special Forces units, military units and law enforcement agencies like the CIA, FBI and the British Royal Marines. KRAV MAGA is also practiced by ordinary men and women worldwide, for the simple reason that it works for anyone and can be learned easily and used successfully.
Elite Defence Academy, in conjunction with a respected Occupational Therapist, developed a non-harmful restraint program which is now standard and used by healthcare professionals, paramedics and those involved in mental health care and rehabilitation to restrain violent patients, without causing harm.

We offer group classes, private classes as well as holiday programs for Juniors as well as High School children. Because we are also qualified KIDS ACADEMY Trainers, our classes are suitable for people from 5 - 75 yrs old.
Our classes are fun, interesting and you are able to implement what you have learned from the first lesson.
We also offer theme specific defense classes such as Rape Defense, Anti Hijacking, Gun Disarms, Knife Disarms, Anti Bullying, Cyber Bullying, Verbal Bullying, Practical Self Defense, Anti Kidnapping and just about anything you can think of.
