Welcome to Chaly’s Cakes and Delights, a family run business Established in 2003 by artist and cake designer Thailys Freites (Chaly), her husband José Valcárcel and their sons; Industrial Designer Victor Valcárcel and Art student Alejandro Valcárcel leading their talented team of sugar-craft artists and bakers, allowing Chaly’s Cakes and Delights to provide a personal service, working collaboratively with their clients becoming in a brand that people can trust.

They have become a recognized cake company specializing in creating delicious and beautiful bespoke cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other goodies that are not only visually stunning but also taste delicious.

Chaly’s Cakes and Delights will take your inspirations to create whatever your imagination desires. Your guests will be delighted with the quality and beauty of your cake. All their delicious creations are made with the finest ingredients and traditional methods (they do not use premixed products) their menu is a fusion of flavours from Venezuela, Spain, USA, South Africa among others, always incorporating new ideas.

Working from home, they offer a highly professional and personal service from the initial consultation (by appointment or email) to the delivery and set up of your cake.
