Regen sports is a junior squash academy based at Westville Country Club. The philosophy of Regen Sports is largely focused on improving around technical development, with an emphasis on ball control, racket skills, co-ordination and movement on the squash court. A combination of structured solo practice, conditioned games and free play are used to produce a balance between improving ball control in a closed environment, and encouraging creativity and gameplay within specific areas of the court.
