Gymnastics is the grounding for all sports so why not join your child into our gymnastics programme. We start from the age of 3 years and have assisted children with ADHD, low self esteem, shyness and low muscle tone. We currently have gymnasts in the Western Cape team as well as representing Cape Town Gymnastics at various competitions.
