Mbulelo Ntshingana, a level 1 FIBA Coach, founded the Westcliff Eagles Basketball Club in 2017. Looking at the growth of the sport at the high school level and the need to allow a young athlete all-round development, the club focuses on teaching fundamentals to young prep athletes.
