We are all about social dancing with the main focus on Ballroom & Latin Dancing. Solo and couple dancing, using dance technique classes to tone and strengthen muscles. Line Dancing for elemental practice and cardio and partnership lessons for general social dancing with regular socials to put it all into practice.
