Description
Basketball Development Program for beginners and elite athletes. We assess players' ability to perform the fundamentals of basketball, then create a specific program for them.
We teach ball handling, shooting, footwork, rebounding, proper defense stance, and offense drills techniques.
Our unique coordination program is tailored to unlock the non-dominant site of every player so that they can perform at their utmost ability.

Our sessions run on Saturday morning from 08:00 until 12:00 at Reddford Blue Hills and our afternoon sessions run from Thatchfield sports ground from 15h00 until 17h00.
