Aquarius Aquatics acknowledges the important role that a LTS Instructor plays in terms of the early child hood development of water-safety. The basic swimming proficiency for nursery school aged pupils and young scholars are of paramount importance in order for water confidence and for them to develop further in the sport.

The learning atmosphere of Aquarius Aquatics is safe and non-threatening with caring Instructors. A happy and secure environment will provide children with social, intellectual, physical and emotional development opportunities. The learning environment should be individualized based on each student's capabilities. The key to learning is the emphasis placed on a positive environment working toward aquatic safety, enjoyment and skill acquisition.

Participation in aquatic activities should be a happy experience for all students in a stimulating environment. Children are allowed to progress at their own pace.

Irrespective of their swimming ability, children are never safe when in or around water and should be under adult supervision.

The Swim School Instructors are accredited with Swimming South Africa LTS, and P.B.S.T.A. with CPR/First Aid and Police Clearances. Instructors have all students in full view at all times.

The swim school offers the opportunity to learn to swim in a nurturing and structured environment. Whilst fun filled, lessons will also have a structured lesson plan where children will learn the fundamentals of water safety essentials and graduate through various levels to learn the fundamental principles of swimming and stroke proficiency

Aquarius Aquatics believe that the best learning takes place while having fun. Our classes emphasise a combination of games and ability-based swimming tuition that reinforce skills in preparation for the more formal LTS Class

    Thank you to the Aquarius Aquatics Swimming team for being there through these tough times. I've been part of your school for the last 5 years and counting! Thank you Angie for the zoom online lessons, it helped in getting Ethan back into the water so smoothly. Ethan just loves Teacher Angie and is going from strength to strength in each lesson. Your effort and commitment is inspiring. I feel very comfortable having my boys back in the water. Strict protocols have been implemented and I appreciate the updates, communication and smiles as we walk through the door.

    The best Swim School I've Known
    This swimming school is the best I have known. They really care for kids and there teaching is just amazing. My daughter loves to go there every single time. Best swim school I would definitely recommend it."

    Best swimming school
    My son is 2 years old and has become so confident in the water since joining Aquarius Aquatics. Teacher Angie is wonderful and makes learning water safety so much fun for the little ones. We look forward to swimming lessons every week. Aquarius Aquatics has done an amazing job to comply with the COVID 19 protocols.

    My baby and 3 year old swims here. They love it. With love and care they have progressed quickly and with loads of fun. The team is always accommodating and amazing!
